Several things are wrong with the url you posted. First, no spaces in the file name. Second, skip the path to your hard drive. Third, leave off the file size at the end. I removed the space from your file name. Here is the correct url to put in the image url box:

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/monaco40.jpg

Next time you upload a file, just use the new file name instead of "monaco40.jpg" and it will work just fine. After you do it a couple times you will find it is as easy as sleeping. <g>
