OK Andy, and any other interested parties, I have some answers to your questions. Peppermill had an "invited guests only" grand opening party on Jan 22nd. Getting invited had something to do with your level of play at the casino, and obviously I don't play there enough. There were nearly 2000 attendees at the party, and each one got an NCV. The rest have been given out to big wigs and high rollers. They haven't been coming back. I do not qualify for any of the above categories. I don't think you'll see stacks of these out there for collectors. If you know someone who plays a lot at the Peppermill, you may want to contact them and see if they'll part with their souvenir.
