You will probably do better selling the chips individually, or at least in geographical groupings, since most chip collectors specialize in one (or a few) areas, rather than collect from all over.

A listing of your chips is the place to start, and scanned images of the chips are even better. If you have webspace available at your ISP, you could scan you chips, post them on your personal webpage(s), then invite the readers of the BB to take a look and make offers (or you can price them for sale).

If you need to know estimates of value, there are guide books for many (not all) of the geographic areas you mentioned.

As an alternative to the above, you could list your chips for sale in auctions on Ebay, under the category Collectibles:Casino:Chips (category#899). Tokens are listed in a separate category. These days, it's almost a requirement to have a scanned image accompany your auction, as listings without an image do not attract as much attention or bids.
