The establishing of an excellent "feedback" rating on eBay and then flying the coop with all the golden eggs is not a new phenomenom. I recall, a couple of years ago, hearing the exact same MO on the news. This unscrupulous eBay'er disappeared with over $300,000 in payments for undelivered merchandise. The beach at Singhigii must be nice this time of year.

Let's face it....The nature of the forum creates an easy means for numerous types of fraud and as we are in the pioneering days of the WWWeb, I would wager that we have not even seen the tip of the iceberg.
