Some of us use 30 pocket plastic pages in a standard 3-ring notebook, Leonidas. The pockets hold a chip snugly without the need for another carrier for the chip. The picture below shows what one page looks like. Not shown is the margin on the left where the three holes are for binding.
You can get these from most coin dealers or from many chip suppliers. The best brand is Cowans, in my opinion. Cost is about 70c a sheet. They will eventually get brittle, but you will get several years of service.
