My 1st scanner cost $960, it was an HP. It went bad and they told me $450 to fix it. I looked over in the corner and said how much for that one. He said $89.
I bought it and loved it. 18 months later it went bad. Yesterday I spent another $89 for my 2nd Acer scanner. The guy at the computer store tried to sell me an insurance policy on it. Yeah right!!! I do a lot of scanning and 18 months for $89 seems cheap to me.
