Welcome to the message board. One possibility on buying chips you would like for your collection is to list what chips you are looking for here and wait for the many responses from all the posters here who have extra chips .

Also I strongly recommend that you join CC & GTCC (Casino Chips and Gaming Tokens Collectors Club) I joined last year and it has been great. Many nice collectors and dealers to help you add to your collection and answer any questions you might have.

Also if you have any extra chips , jetons, plaques, etc. from Europe you might be able to work out some trades for the chips you're looking for with the other collectors here in the US.
