Jim, what about someone who has a web site, who's sole purpose is to show off his collection to the world? Is that infringing? What if he also has a page of traders? Would you suggest a chipper act proactively and contact the casinos, or sit back and see if anyone complains?

What about someone who posts scans of his favorite chips here on the chip board even if they are not for sale?
