I would gladly give it up but I can't. It is a dhtml routine that only works in your browser and only when you are on a web page that has the routine embedded. It doesn't actually change your mouse pointer in any way, it just causes those little chips to follow your mouse pointer. I don't have any idea how to change your regular mouse pointer to do something like that.
If someone does know how I would be happy to furnish the little chip pictures that I created to follow the mouse.
First clue, the pink one is from Colorado...
