Hi Don; I'll try to obtain more definitive information from Susan Maltby regarding the effects on chips specifically. I believe there is a connection as I've seen too many examples in my own collection of reactions of chips (especially red ones) whose color bleeds into PVC contaminated soft vinyl flips. I've never seen that happen with the more rigid non-PVC flips. What has been the experience of other chippers?
