John, I think Jim Munding ought to give the detailed report regarding the Casinorama show (when he wakes up <g>) but as far as I could see, the show was a great success. All tables were filled with a lot of chips for sale and trade with many bargains for all.
I was amazed by the number of Las Vegas participants. The only thing that Arizona Charlies has that this didn't have is the location. But once inside, one wouldn't recognize the difference.
Just as a side note, I wish to thank the person responsible (sorry I don't know who you are) that was clever enough to mark the pieces of the construction PVC pipe by matching numbers so we could figure out just how to assemble the club banner. Once again, if I may be so bold as to take this opportunity to thank all those who so unselfishly devoted some time to man the CC>CC table for the duration of the show. Many application were handed out as well as the posters for the convention and other handouts pertinent to chip (and token) collecting.
The weather was absolutely gorgeous. If I had any complaint, it would have been that the show wasn't long enough. (taken from the prospective viewpoint of a buyer, not that of an exhibitor.)
Our next big dealings here in Southern California will be the trade session at Hollywood Park on the Ides of April and then finally our grand convention in July.
May we all enjoy good health and meet once again at the Tropicana.
