I have been using it and have nothing but good experiences with it. Robert is correct in that you do NOT have to bank account info if you don't want to. When I get money sent to me, I always request a check for the balance right away. It takes about 6-8 calendar day (from CA to NJ). And I know the check is good. While it might be a hassle, if they ever go under (very unlikely given their backers) the most I would lose is that small balance. Plus it lets me send my items out right away (or if I am buying, get my item sent to me right away)

If you have no balance, and they were to put a charge against you with you knowing about it, I'm sure you could fight the charge.

And for people who earn points on their credit cards for purchases: if you start with a zero balance and beam money to people, it gets charged to your credit card. So you earn points. No matter who you send it to. Even if you send it to a family member.....
