I downloaded the "policy" statement from PayPal. You may want to take a close look before you give your credit card info., bank info., or whatever. They have the "right" to access these accounts for "deposits" or "withdrawals" WITHOUT your prior knowledge. Further, they are not government regulated, insured, or probably even monitored! At least for now...

I'll take snailmail and a check anyday!
