Duke, Jim, and Travis. I read Duke's report last night and couldn't put together how a scam artist could use the customer service number listed on the back of a credit card to rip you off. I thought I was too tired to see the obvious, however, I am well rested and still don't see it. Can you enlighten me in 25 words or less?
