A suggestion....start a thread of "possible siminars I'd like to attend". Some topics may get a lot of yesses and some not much interest...go from there...some people may say "Hey, I know a little about that, I'd help run that seminar" It would be easy to see what people want in the way of seminars as well as what expertise is out there to work them.
