Nice list Bob. Most of the southern Indiana riverboats also have only $1.00 minimums which include $10 per spin on weekends. I would just like to add that even those casinos, like Hollywood, that have a $ .25 table don't necessarily have it available all of the time. Hollywood currently has 5 tables and I think only 2 are $ .25 the rest are $.50 or more. If you are there on a weekend they may all be $1.00. Archie also listed the reason why, despite a nice junket service available here, that I don't go to AC. As a Blackjack (or roulette) player I don't want to have to sit at a $10 or $15 or $25 minumum table while in a losing streak. That $1 table at Slots-A-Fun is just as much fun. Back to roulette chips. I can understand the concern for trading $.25 chips for $1.00 chips but I don't have a good solution other than to say that it has always been done that way. I do know that in four years of collecting roulettes I have only sold a few for cash. Does anyone have a suggestion that would please everyone?
