... John, at least this one does. I use Sterling's Magic, which I obtained from CT Rodgers. Have cleaned several hundred chips and used less than a quarter of my tub of pink goo.

I believe that cleaned chips look nicer AND that removal of the grime and who knows what else will, in the long run, help preserve the chip from damage.
