One of the bb users suggested using EOM (End of Message) in the title to flag a posting that has no message. Other boards I've seen just use NT, for No Text. It's supposed to eliminate the need to read such a message, but those of us who read them all using the "Read Next Message" facility on the board don't get any benefit from it.

Howdy's book is the first illustrated chip book to cover Nevada chips. It is now about 5 years old and has not had a revision. It still is a great introduction to collecting any kind of clay casino chips, as it covers lots of information on how chips are made and ilustrates most of the known mold conficurations. It's available at about $30 from most chip dealers. It's published by Whitman. I believe C.T. Rodgers in California sells it mailorder. He reads this board and will likely reply.
