To All,
I would like to clarify a few points involving my last two posts on this subject:

1) My posts involve the current board not the past board. Anyone who believes I was writing about the past board is incorrect. We didn't lose volunteers with the past board; communication between board and membership was, in my opinion, never a problem. Anyone reading our PAST President Archie's posts can figure that out for themselves <lol>. He never stops <g>.

2) The solution to 99% of the problem is communication. If the officers would communicate and inform the membership we wouldn't have many of the situations we currently have. In my opinion, the convention or where it is being held IS NOT the problem, LOSING VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE NOT REPLACED IS THE PROBLEM. I can not make it any clearer. Thank you for reading, Best - Jim
