I figured out the problem with Mark's graphic not working in Netscape and does work with Internet Explorer.

Mark, you need to rename the file on your server "ninos3.jpg"

You have inserted a space in the original filename... "ninos 3.jpg"

Internet Explorer somehow handles it but Netscape doesn't.
