If the Trop will do this, what more can you ask?????????

Chip dealers have problems with the Trop because they can't walk in and buy a large number of chips on release day. It is a hassel for them to get what they need. Collectors do not seem to have a problem. I am not saying what is right or what is wrong. I don't think Trop chip policy should be equated with the convention. Every casino has some kind of chip policy.
