Ralph, There are no casinos on Tortola or St. Thomas. The casino on St. Croix is under construction & should open later this year. San Juan has casinos located near the cruise port. Take a cab to the Condado Beach area where there are a number of casinos. If you happen to get to the Hard Rock Cafe in St. Thomas I would love to have any of the newer pins they issued.
