that since there was SO much complaining about 1998 COTY contest that for the year 2000, the club have a 1 year moritorium on COTY. With the majority of club members being chippers, 93 members sending in ballots or SASE's, this is pathetic to say the least.

I for one believe that you've done your "BEST" to ALLOW EVERYONE A CHANCE TO NOMINATE AND VOTE(before the convention).

I just wonder how many SPT collectors sent in nominations? With the ratio of us being fewer, we could still hold TOTY contest. <GGGG>

I know I am just being facetious here. ISN'T THIS HOW RUMORS GET STARTED?

I for one don't want to hear anyone complaining about this year's COTY/TOTY contest. EVERYONE(almost everyone) had a chance to be a judge in this contest.

I say almost everyone because appearently some International members didn't receive their magazine in time.

Maybe we should require ALL members to pay for 1st class postage and do away with bulk mailing?
