Most gaming industry experts I've read in the local newspapers all indicate that MGM will probably opt to develop Wynn's former site in the Marina District (next to Harrahs and Trump Marina) instead of the MGM boardwalk property acquired which is located next to Showboat. No one believes that both sites will be developed at the same time.
