When I was last in Vegas (over a year ago) there was a fantastic Italian place called Trilusa upstairs from the Casino Royale. The food was fantastic, we got comped well for our play downstairs (low rollers) great service and a terrific view of the volcano at the Mirage. We ate at least one meal there every day.
