It was announced today that the final price is $4.4 billion plus MGM assumes 2 billion in debt. It works out to $21 per share of MIR stock. MIR closed at $19 per share up 3 1/8 (thats up 19.68% today!). I sure hope that I am not the only one who bought last week<G>.
