Do you and everyone else see how really easy it is to lay out a plan for the future? Your post is an actual example of what I was writing about. Maybe it isn't perfect but it demonstrates good ideas on how to move our organization into the year 2000 and beyond. It states concepts that are the backbone for the future. The time has come whether we like it or not. If Janice can change, and Archie, and I can change and YOU can change - anyone can <g> Change is healthy and will show we are a growing organization.
