I have the one Bob showed, and this one. I'm sure there are more, but not many. Personally, I'd think it'd be real hard for the dealer to use this chip on other than a simple $5 bet, the way I see some of them struggle to figure out what goes with a $2.50 chip to make an odd payoff!
