I literally learned how to play Hold'em using the original Masque WSOP software. Their current version would cover all areas that you mentioned and more. I haven't tried to use the CD with Win 98, so I don't know if it will work with that O/S, but it's a pretty neat program for learning on earlier Windows systems. Past WSOP champions were consulted when these folks started writing the program, to help make it as realistic as possible.
