Given the passionate concerns expressed my many chip collectors concerning complicated grading systems proposed by some, I think a pre-emptive adaptation of a simplified system such as you have proposed could put the matter to rest. I fully agree with your proposal, and encourage the CC & GTCC board to formally adopt your system as the official grading system of the club.
