Bob; I would imagine that your magazine has probably been lost in the mail if you have not received it by now. Foreign subscriptions DO NOT normally go via bulk mail as foreign countries have no ZIP code. They usually are sent first class or airmail which is why foreign dues are higher than domestic U.S. Of course, anything is possible in sorting. I would suggest that you get in touch with membership officer Jim Steffner to see what your mailing address looks like. Perhaps Jim would send out a replacement magazine to you since its been so long.
