I can't prove it, but I believe the GHC is from The Golden Horseshoe Casino in Visalia, CA. I have several of these in several different colors. I bought them some time ago along with quite a few other obsolete CA chips from the same area. There were other chips from The Golden Horseshoe in the batch that could be identified.
