Since many of those who can see it report slow loading (love my cable modem) is it possible that those who get broken links are timing out before the picture can load?

Those of you who have broken links .... is it taking time to load and then giving you the broken link ... or is coming up as a broken link immediately?

I've saved the picture as a GIF file and placed it in my server space. Can anyone who couldn't see it before see it now?
