Mostly anything that was picked up out of circulation will not be worth more than face value. There are exceptions. The silver is of cost worth more than face for its melt value. There are probably some better than average dates that are more valuable. You can valuate the collection with a copy of the Blue Book, which values coins closer to dealer buy prices than the Red Book which is dealer sell prices. Both books can be picked up a coin shop or show.
If you want to dispose of the collection, don't be surprised at how little a dealer will offer to take it all. They mostly take the whole thing to get the few items that may be worth something. Or if you have the time and inclination, there is always eBay.
