Hey, I had a great idea. (which of course isn't really..) But for the limstuds or someone like Andy who lives in LV. This came up last year, and I don't know if anyone or any group of chip harvestors went on a mission.

The idea was get some people together and buy up common $1 chips from all the Las Vegas casinos an make some sets so it would be easier for someone to get them all. No huge profits on "rare"table chips, but it sure would be appreciated by almost every collector!

One group could over downtown in less than an hour. Another the South end of the stip, someone for te middle and another for the north (and including the Stratosphere, in no-mans land). Two other groups one West and one for the outlying North? If each group spent a couple of hours, at most, you would have a complete set without taking a week to accomplish th same goals.

Oh yes, make some extras and auction them on eBay to cover the Cheap Chip Expidition Forces expenses and keepers.
