1. Our "Group" did not offer you $4000 for your chip. David just called me and said he told you that he felt your chip was worth about $4000, but never actually offered you that amount. Of course, I could care less whether he made an offer or not. That's between you and him. My point is that our "Group" is not offering you anything. If you get an offer from any of the other three guys, it is personal from them only. Not from all of us.
2. I never called you a "crock". However,I did imply that you are a "crook". It has nothing to do with the Sands chip. It does have to do with our deal of June 27, 1999. Remember? I'll refresh your memory for all of us. You traded me a newly discovered 4th issue $5 El Rey Searchlight chip for 50 $10 Silver Strikes. You told me and James that there were only two pieces in existence. You traded one chip to me and one chip to James. I told you that I needed a guarantee in order to make the trade. You agreed to sign a paper stating that "If more than 10 examples of this chip come onto the market anytime during the next year, Rene will take back the $5 El Rey chip and pay Steve Wells the amount of $600 for the 50 Silver Strikes."
Since you signed that paper, which I still have in my possession, James told me that you sold or traded another piece to Steve Cutler. Also, James said that Jim Gillette had a small stack of these chips. I assume these also came from you, but I can't prove it. James talked to Gillette and he doesn't want to say anything about the chips. However, James confirmed that you told him "Don't say anything to Steve about these other chips or he'll want some money back". I was outraged when he told me that. An honest person would have come to me and made things right. Based on this specific transaction, I believe you are not an honest person. James has repeatedly tried to get you to make things right with us and you ignore him. I decided not to pursue the issue, because the whole thing makes me sick to my stomach.
3. Your comments about my starting a new company and slabbing chips for $1 per chip are bizarre and crazy. I think you're losing it!
4. This is truly beyond belief. I never told you at the Convention, or anywhere else, that "I've never been with a woman". You have completely lost your #####ing mind and are just making up lies off the top of your head. The closest thing I can recall to you making this strange conclusion is that you asked me if I have a girlfriend and I said "no." How you managed to stretch that into what you claim is for only your warped mind to know. Grow up.
