Steve, I have a ladies' compact (powder puff and all) that looks like it was made by the same company. See picture below. I got mine for $24 on eBay in Sept 1999. I think it is great, just like yours is.

Mine is about 3.5" in diameter. It says Boulder Dam; yours says Hoover Dam . Mine includes the Starlite Hotel (not in Chip Rack; any gambling there?), and Royal Nevada (closed 1959) and Monte Carlo (closed 1955). Mine says "Golden Strip." Yours says "Las Vegas Strip." Again, both are great. I love the little pictures of the hotel-casino buildings, logos, etc.
