I just posted a message on the Board regarding the Tunisian chips, I give a bit of history AND says that at the end the chips where NOT used on the tables.
If you are honest about it you tell the collectors about it. They are nice to look at and nice to have at 20$ a set of 6 denominations. If you know that a same chipco chip costs 65 cents$ to make and LE are made with 25$ face .....
