Hi Pete,
I know for a FACT that there are a few "deep-pocket" individuals who are on-line and also 'scan' ebay for bargains (as you say) and possibly chips they may need for their own collections. Having said that, I think the ebay auction "values" carry as much weight as the club and other auctions do.
