Lebanon is just north of Indianapolis so maybe someone up there could check the old phone books. I remember being in several bars in the Milwaukee area when a few of the "boys" wanted to play cards so the bartender dug out a rack of chips. Who is to say that Bennie didn't run a club that had a friendly game? And if he only had one table running he probably wouldn't need more than the 300 chips he ordered.
