It has been brought to my attention that some folks may be soliciting other club members to submit COTY nominations on behalf of their personal choice for Chip Of The Year(COTY). While there is nothing in the rules which prohibit this type activity, if this were the case, wouldn't this be considered another version of "shilling" in anyone's opinion?
