The club (illegal) was in Germany; located in the
same town as ex-club member (dice collector)
Reginald Kelpe was from, but I can't locate an old
inventory sheet to submit to "The Gaming Table" in
order to update that entry.

Kelpe was the person who first informed us of the UV
markings on Paulson chips. He was inspecting his
dice one day when his black light accedently passed
over some chips he had on his desk. He wrote a
detailed article of his discovery in the club
magazine. His was the first known and reported
discovery.
