OK everyone, here's an updated list. Look for a "<" or "=" to see what's new since the last couple times I posted. Also, I've created a new temporary category called "questionable". These are chips that were origionally put on the list, but after looking at them, "millennium" is absent. I have noted the key words actually on the chip itsself. Most of them appear to be New Years or NYs Eve chips & the like. Perhaps a case could be made that they were issued to honor the millennium, but I thought the use of the word "millennium" was key.
