The owners of this boat had nothing to do with the opperation of the boat in SC. That is why it was surprise to everyone when they found out that the Regency Cruise Chips were not a secure rack. The previous owner sold the boat with these chips as good to go for a quick start up (ther was mention that they had other chips in the vault but I we could not find out if that was the old rack from SC or was from the Monte Carlo in Pompano, FL). There was also no mention of anything replacing the boat in SC and I do not think anyone here would even have known. I was taken aback with all of the "experence" being thrown around by the staff on where they had worked in the past not to know a lot about basic casino operations, things everyone on this board, who never worked in the casino industry, could have told them.
