After I posted my question, I realized (or is that remembered...) the Planet Hollywood from Caesars Palace. The UV markings are very close to being the same - i.e. CAESARS and an H&C
Both the Full Graphic and Wide Graphic sides has eleven lines of UV CAESARS and an UV H&C on line 9. Since the FG side has more area, the font and H&C are larger - see image below.

The Commerce Casino $25 YOD (Year of the Dragon) has totally different UV markings...
