Dick,

The chip that Steve showed has a recessed area in the center of the chip and beveled edges. I have seen this style chip many times before but never with inserts. They are currently in use in a lot of places:

Caesars, Indiana
MGM Grand, Detroit
MGM Grand, Las Vegas
Imperial Palace, Biloxi (gone now)

All of the above use them for roulettes.
