At least it's new to me! These are on I believe 2 or 3 of the automatic sorter tables at Caesars AC. They are much nicer than the other sorter table roulettes which are also in use. In fact, Caesars AC may have the record as they currently have THREE of the FOUR issues that have been released still on the tables both in the main casino and the simulcast section on the second floor.
These happen to be in the main casino.

NO, I don't have any extras and DON'T ask me how much this chip ACTUALLY cost me to obtain!!!!!!!!!!!!!
