If I didn't have the chips and was trying to
complete my Greek casino collection....I would feel
very comfortable in paying from $10 to $20 each,
even if current and being of low-denomination, as
it's not too often Americans travel to that part of
the world to do a "chip run." But, that's just my
thinking.

An eBay bidder just won this chip at $20. Visiting
Sri Lanka probably isn't in his plans for the near
future... as would be Atlantic City or Vegas, so to
him it was worth paying the premium.
