Doesn't change the fact that the owner of a chip can sell it for whatever price he wants (and the buyer will pay). Neither has any obligation whatsoever to artificially raise the price for the purpose of "protecting" previous buyers who might have paid a higher price for the same chip. The only exception to that might be that a particular seller (for reasons of protecting his OWN reputation) might think better of selling the same chip to subsequent buyers at prices lower than he charged earlier buyers.
I've yet to see a single post in which the poster complained that he was able to get a nice chip at a price he considered too low. ----- jim o\-S
