I need some information, please. I know the chip is
pre-Republic, but I don't know how far back it goes.
I also know that during the Independence transition
that the Deutche Mark was used throught the region,
but because of the high-denomination I doubt a DM
1.000 walked and I doubt that new chips were made,
so the chip is telling me it must be 1.000 Dinar?
My other question: This type of plastic laminate
isn't typical of Western Europe, so I'm wondering
who may have made it...or was it made locally?
